Spring aerobics


The term “aerobic” means “living in air” or “using oxygen”. Aerobics concerns to such kind of physical activity at which organism requires oxygen for a long time. In the result there are favorable changes in lungs, heart and vascular system. Regular aerobic trainings raise the ability of organism to pass air through lungs, increase the general blood-groove, and blood carries out one of the basic functions -it transports oxygen more effectively. The heart of person, doing aerobic exercises, works rhythmically and economically. Capacity reduction of cardiac muscle is much higher, than at leading an inactive way of life, vessels of heart are more developed and the cardiac muscle is better provided with blood and oxygen.
Advantages:
• the volume of lungs (and some researches connect the increase of volume of lungs with higher life expectancy) increases;
• the cardiac muscle becomes stronger;
• the maintenance of high density lipoproteins raises, the attitude of total of cholesterol decreases, that reduces the risk of atherosclerosis development;
• the bone system becomes stronger;
• aerobics helps to cope with physical and emotional stresses;
• working capacity raises;
• aerobics- a real way to growing thin or maintenance of weight in norm (about 400-450 kcal are burnt during one training), but, at observance of a diet.
We make a choice
Different kinds of aerobics allow improving different qualities: force, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
Employment by base aerobics passes without any adaptations. They help to develop coordination, endurance trains and the fatty layer decreases.
Step - aerobics - aerobics with using of special step-platforms. High intensity is reached due to rise and descent from such platform, and also due to a special choreography. It is one of the most popular kinds all over the world.
Slide - aerobics - aerobics on a sliding board with two sides on each side in special socks which are put on gym shoes. In this case literal (”here and there”) movement is used. It is an excellent training for heart and for strengthening an internal and external hips side.
Funk - aerobics is a dancing lesson with use of the movements borrowed from Afro-American dances. Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson dance in such style.
Stretching - the employment, improving flexibility of the body.
Body-pump - power training with a small bar; it helps to gain muscles and to make body more plastic.
Aqua aerobics - it is similar on base, but in water; in this case you need only bathing suit and special gloves with membranes, floating dumbbells and burdening belts. This kind of aerobics renders effect on cellulites owing to massage effect of water resistance.
In general trainers recommend to alternate different kinds of aerobics that allows reaching desirable results more quickly, and at last, you should remember that burning of fat starts after 20 minutes of training and proceeds for some time after the training. So, do not hurry up to restore forces with candy or sandwich. Instead of this we advise you to take a shower and to drink a cup of toning up tea.
