Brazilian diet


This diet should be observed for14 days.
First two days: three times a day eat one hard boiled egg, a cup of the coffee, one apple.
The third day: in the morning - 2 eggs; during the lunchtime - a piece of beef, spinach; in the evening - one egg, spinach.
The fourth day: in the morning - one egg; during the lunchtime - a boiled fish, a tomato; in the evening - 2 eggs, a cup of coffee.
The fifth day: in the morning - one egg, a cup of coffee; during the lunchtime - two eggs, a tomato; in the evening - a fish, fried without fat (on a lattice), vegetables with vinegar.
The sixth day: in the morning - one egg, a cup of coffee; during the lunchtime - a piece of a beef, a cucumber; in the evening - veal, fried without fat (on a lattice), a tomato, and coffee.
The seventh day: in the morning - one egg, a cup of coffee; during the lunchtime - half of chicken, fried without fat (on a lattice), and vegetables; in the evening - second half of chicken, an apple, coffee.
The diet should be repeated next week all over again. We do not suggest this diet to those who doesn’t like eggs. 14 days of the diet allow to get rid from 4 - 5 extra kilograms. Opinions on this diet are quite inconsistent, but it is very popular among young ladies.
