Sophia Loren’s beauty diet
In Sophia Loren’s opinion, the main secret of the diet - is not to consume too much calories at once and to supervise the size of portions. Instead of abusing the cheese and swept away sauces, it is better to flavor spaghetti with the low fat sauce.
First day
Breakfast: 170 gr. of orange juice; one boiled egg.
Dinner: salad from any vegetables with 60 gr. of sliced turkeys and the low-fat cheese, laid on leaves of salad.
Supper: 115 gr. of macaroni with shrimps; spinach salad with low-calorie refueling.
Dessert: 1 apple.
Second day
Breakfast: a cup of cereals of a rough grinding with “lean” milk.
Dinner: salad from fresh fruit and a cup of the pressed cottage cheese.
Supper: 115 gr. of spaghetti with quenelles from the fast turkey; leaves of salad mixed with fast refueling.
Dessert: 1 pear.
Third day
Breakfast: half dried bread with low-fat cheese.
Dinner: 115 gr. of green salad with the boiled hen.
Supper: 170 gr. of lasagnas with low-fat cheese, vegetable salad with fast refueling.
Dessert: 2 peaches.
