Fast diet
1st day
Breakfast: 1 apple, tea (black coffee) without sugar and milk.
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 apple (or an orange)
Supper: 1 egg, cabbage salad, tea.
2nd day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea (black coffee).
Dinner: a boiled beef (100 gr.), cabbage salad, 1 glass of grape juice.
Supper: 2 apples.
3rd day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato (cucumber), tea (coffee).
Dinner: a cutlet (fried without oil), sauerkraut, 1 glass of apple juice.
Supper: 1 glass of the skim kefir.
4th day
Breakfast: 100 gr. of cottage cheese, tea (coffee).
Dinner: boiled fast fish, cabbage salad, 1 glass of carrots juice
Supper: 2 apples.
5th day
Breakfast: 1 egg, cabbage salad, tea.
Dinner: 100 gr. of beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 glass of apple juice.
Supper: 1 glass of the skim kefir.
6th day
Breakfast: 100 gr. of cottage cheese, tea (coffee).
Dinner: boiled fast fish (100 gr.), salted-fermented cabbage, 1 glass of carrots juice.
Supper: 2 apples.
7th day
Breakfast: processed cheese (100 gr.), 1 apple, tea (coffee).
Dinner: vegetable soup, a piece of the boiled hen, tea.
Supper: 1 glass of the skim kefir.
