The summer is coming and all ladies with enthusiasm are trying to grow thin. We have decided to understand the advantages and disadvantages of popular diets.
When you are growing thin, do not do much harm to your health
- Many doctors-dieticians converge in opinion, that diets bring more harm, than advantage to uor organism. This especially concerns “amateur” diets, which are not thought up by doctors and constructed without taking into account basic needs of human body. Many of such diets were never checked on safety. Therefore, before you choose a way of growing thin, all the same don’t be too lazy and try to consult with the doctor-dietician.
What the experiments with diets can lead to?
1. The smallest trouble from amateur diets relies in the increase of weight following their observance. There are scientifically confirmed data, that from frequent “sitting” on diets the weight accrues much more quickly, than on the average. And it happens because the majority of people choose so-called “fast” diets, which cannot be followed for a long time, so, after such diets the organism is exhausted and it “asks” you for “normal” food. So, you get rid of these restrictions and you gorge on everything that was forbidden, and…the weight, moreover with a makeweight, comes back.
2. Risks for health:
• Weak immunity;
• Susceptibility infectious and other diseases;
• Aggravation of a gastritis and stomach ulcer;
• Lithogenesis in kidneys and bilious bubble;
• Aggravation of nervous system diseases and mental diseases.
So, think twice, before you choose the diet.
