Bodybuilding and feminity


Before going in for sports many women try to answer the question whether they would not loose their feminity. Many ladies do not understand what bodybuilding is and avoid it.
So, you wish to be in the form, but you do not wish to be brawny. And still you wish to save up feminity. What to do? Bodybuilding! And that is why.
Where are the proofs?
Imagine, that all woman who train with loadings, have greater muscles. Then why we do not see such girls in athletic halls? It is very simple. To develop such muscles the woman should have: genetic data, intensive long-term trainings and it is desirable to have above an average a level of testosterone (a man’s hormone). Certainly, there are also such women, who accept androgens for not natural increase of muscles.
Majority of women can’t develop greater muscles, therefore as a level of testosterone in their organism in comparison with men is 20-30 times lower. Though women and men become equally strong from trainings with weights, their muscles cannot be compared. For increase in muscles experts recommend to lift greater weight to reduce the number of recurrences up to 3-5, but such variant will not allow women to compete with men.

We have found out that you do not need to worry. Think up the ideal and aspire to it. The purpose of bodybuilding - is not to resemble someone, but to show all the best you can do. You can choose how much strong you wish to become, and it is in what the beauty of bodybuilding is incorporated.
Certainly bodybuilding will not solve all your problems, but it will strengthen health and will help to feel better. Muscles is a movement, it is our life.
Experts recommend the identical base program both for men, and for women. For the maximal achievements it is recommended to train not less than 3 once a week. So, if you are interested in having a healthy and beautiful body, start to be engaged in bodybuilding!
