Spring diet
Nobody objects that spring is the time when the nature helps us to grow thin. First of all, annual biorhythms of the person are those, that slags and excess weight are better to be got rid of in the spring. And secondly, the gentle first greens crackling radish and appetizing salad are extremely useful and so low-calorie, that it is possible to eat them in unlimited quantities. Vegetative fibres and fats give sensation of satiety, clean organism and sate it with necessary vitamins. Therefore we advise you to include salads into your everyday menu! In spring the prices for fresh vegetables, fruits and greens gradually decrease and become accessible to all dreaming about a beautiful figure.
Here are the basic rules of spring diet:
- It is possible to drink some simple and mineral water.
- Try to eat a greater portion of salad at each reception of food. It is possible to prepare salad from celery, lattice, cucumbers, and slices of apples, pods of beans, corn grains and tomatoes. It may be filled with the table spoon of the yoghurt mixed with a lemon juice, vinegar and spices.
It is possible to adhere to such diet long time. The main thing is that you will not feel famine therefore as such diet contains sating, coarse-fibred products. The result will be shown in 2-3 weeks: you will get rid of 2-4 kilograms, your intestines will work better (owing to vegetables), the skin will be cleared and your eyes will shine.
The main thing is that you should try to stretch “a season of salads” for probably long term: in fact you can’t stock vitamins. And your mirror will say thanks for a harmonious figure that prefers salads from fresh, crackling greens!
