Some ways of growing thin (Part 1)
1. Do not miss food receptions
Missing of one reception of food within the day seems the reasonable way of getting rid of several kilograms. For example, having ceased to have breakfast (a usual breakfast contains 500 kcals), you will reduce 3500 calories for seven days that is equivalent to burning of about 500 grams.
The matter is that having missed the meal you will, as a rule, make it up during the lunchtime. Recent dieticians’ researches have shown that during the breakfast people use products with lower maintenance of fat and higher maintenance of carbohydrates. This also means that the breakfast can reduce the desire to have a high-calorific fat products bite.
2. Become the vegetarian twice a week
The vegetarian diet with the low maintenance of fat which registers often for cleaning arteries also helps to reduce volume of a waist. Doctors explain in such way: candy stick and portion of fresh broccoli contain identical quantity of calories. Having eaten candy stick, you will hardly be sated. But, having eaten broccoli, you will feel, that you have gorged on.
Fortunately, to grow thin, it is not necessary to sit constantly on a vegetarian diet. For the beginning two times a week eat vegetables instead of meat with macaroni: eggplants, vegetable marrows or pepper. Or try a string bean with rice instead of sausages with a string bean. Not meat food twice a week will help you to save 550 calories in a week, and even more - about five kilograms per 16 months.
3. Follow a “one to one” rule
Some people absorb the skim products and products with the low maintenance of fats in unlimited quantities. Unfortunately, such products often contain many calories. It is possible to find a way out, following a “one to one” rule. Replace one chocolate cake with one low-calorie, instead of two. If every day you will eat two instead low-fat fruitcakes of four, you can lose five kilograms in for ten or 12 months.
4. Do not deprive you with a lot of calories
In order to reduce weigh, you should eat less, but don’t be overzealous, reducing quantity of consumed calories. Otherwise the organism will feel an approaching famine that will slow down a metabolism and will start to save energy, functioning on smaller quantity of calories. Such “effective utilization of fuel” will complicate your problem of growing thin.
