5. Be careful when you are having a bite
If you can’t refuse from “bites” why don’t you replace high-calorific products with low-calorie fruits and vegetables? Try to find alternatives in carrots (4 calories) or popcorn (30 calories). If you will eat on 75 kcal less per day you can lose five kilograms in for 16 months.
6. Dance in the evening
Many people consider disco as secular action. But dances are the sport, helping to burn a lot of calories. Therefore, instead of going somewhere to have supper or to the cinema, why don’t you go dancing in the evening? Dance two hours on weekends (it burns 200 kcal per hour), and you will easily dump five kilograms in 21 month.
7. Think of seasonings
Use mustard instead of mayonnaise and vegetable oil in salads. These small replacements can considerably promote weight reduction.
8. Eat slowly
Having supper more slowly, you can eat two pieces of a pizza instead of four or a small hamburger with a potato free instead of a hundred-gram hamburger with the big portion of a potato. You can easily exclude from 300 up to 500 kcal daily and lose from 200 up to 450 grams a week - that means minus five kilograms in three-five months.
9. Watch the size of the portions
Some people, who suffered from excessive weight, have declared that they receive the little more than 1000 calories in day, and actually they received twice more. This partly happened because of the sizes of portions.
We advise you to read periodically labels and use measured with glass and kitchen scales portions so that you could account how many you eat. Having analyzed records, you would easily estimate a serving size.
10. Avoid night food receptions
The main obstacle for growing relies in the extra meal after the supper. If before a dream you cannot distract from ideas of meal, intercept something low-calorie, for example fresh fruits. Having excluded a bag of a crackling potato or chocolate from a diet, you can save from 600 superfluous calories in a week. This also means that in six weeks you will easily lose a half a kilogram and five kilograms - in fifteen months.
