Kefir diet
Products, which are to be eaten within the day, should be divided into “fifty-fifty” in order to make them sufficient for all day.
Day №1
5 boiled average sized potatoes, welded in jackets, and 1,5 liters of kefir
Day №2
100 grams of boiled hen (breast cut) and 1,5 liters of kefir
Day №3
100 grams of boiled meat and 1,5 liters of kefir
Day №4
100 grams of boiled fish and 1,5 liters of kefir
Day №5
2 kg of green apples and 1,5 liters of kefir
Day №6
Only kefir
Day №7
Only mineral water
Before the beginning of diet you should clear the intestines. After “kefir” week, the week of “fixing” should be followed. During this week you may eat practically everything, except for sweet, flour, spicy and fat food. It is not excluded, that the organism will be delighted and nevertheless will postpone one and a half kilogram “for emergency”. So, you should understand that your organism also needs to get used to a new mode. During “kefir” week it is possible to get rid of almost 7 kilograms.
Alternating weeks, yet you will not achieve desirable result. And it is necessary to observe the following requirements:
• All receptions of food should occur during precisely certain time: at 8 a.m., 10 a.m, 12 p.m., 14 p.m., 16 p.m., 18 p.m.
• After last meal it is impossible to eat even fruits!
• It is necessary to follow a diet precisely: it is impossible to replace green apples with red apples!
• Cook without sugar and with a minimum of salt.
• During the day it is necessary to drink as much water as possible.
• Before each reception of food you should drink 50 grams of grassy extract (garcinia, camomile and calendula).
