Growing thin at any age (Part 1)


It is possible to grow thin at any age. The main thing - is the nobility, what diet to choose.
From 20 up to 30: apple diet
At this age serious problems with weight are rare enough - in fact 20-year-old people need more calories (at least 2000 calories a day), and the muscular weight makes 40 % of body weight. Therefore to dump 1-2 kg by means of fruit day is not a problem. The apple diet is ideal. Fruits are good that, on the one hand, promote deducing of end-products of a metabolism, and with another one - owing to the high maintenance of vitamin C fruits help to remain in the active form.
In the morning: mix one apple with a glass of low-fat yoghurt and the table spoon of oat flakes.
Eat without the haste.
11 a.m.: an apple.
Dinner: cut 2 apples on small slices and mix it with salad leaves. Fill it with a mix from one glass of low-fat yoghurt, a teaspoon of olive oil with apple vinegar and teaspoon of water. It is possible to strew greens.
The power additive: 3 nuts.
16 p.m.: an apple.
In the evening: cut an apple, fill it with lemon juice and eat it with a slice of cheese (150 gr.);
Result: your weight will reduce on 1 kg for a day of diet.
