Japanese diet (Part-1)
The Japanese diet - is, probably, one of the most mysterious diets. It is mysterious because the data of its occurrence is unknown- since the name of the Japanese clinic where it has been developed, finishing the menu of a diet (in different sources it can differ down to completely opposite products). The Japanese diet guarantees very fast weight reduction: loss of 7-8 kg for two weeks.
Fast action of the Japanese diet signifies that it is unbalanced, that it is made without taking into account normal proportions of fibers, fats and carbohydrates. Such diets with the low maintenance of energy are very popular, as they guarantee fast result. However their action is not long, if -after termination of a diet- you will not supervise the further diet. So, during observance of the Japanese diet within 14 days it is impossible to eat sugar, salt, alcohol, flour and confectionery products. The most important in the Japanese diet -is to observe precisely a diet and to not confuse sequence of days, to use only the products specified in a diet and to drink more than boiled or mineral water (about 1,5 liters) daily. Here is one of variants of the Japanese diet’s menu for 14 days.
1-st day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice or 1 fresh tomato.
Supper: fried or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
2-nd day
Breakfast: black coffee and bread.
Dinner: a fried or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Supper: a boiled beef (200 gr.), a glass of kefir.
3-rd day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: a crude egg, three greater boiled carrots with vegetable oil.
Supper: apples.
4-th day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: one parsley root, fried on vegetable oil, apples.
Supper: fruits.
5 day
Breakfast: the crude grated carrots seasoned by lemon juice.
Dinner: a greater fish (500 gr.), fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fruits.
