6-th day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: 500 gr. of boiled hen, salad from crude carrots or fresh cabbage.
Supper: two hard boiled egg, salad from crude carrots with vegetable oil.
7-th day
Breakfast: tea.
Dinner: a boiled beef (200 gr.), fruits.
Supper: any variant from a diet of the last days, except for the third.
8-th day
Breakfast: tea.
Dinner: 200 of a boiled beef, fruit.
Supper: any variant from a diet of the last days, except for the third.
9-th day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: half of boiled hen, salad from fresh cabbage or carrots.
Supper: two hard boiled egg, a glass of crude carrots with vegetable oil.
10-th day
Breakfast: crude carrots with juice of a lemon.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, a glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fruits.
11-th day
Breakfast: black coffee
Dinner: one crude egg, three boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 gr. of cheese.
Supper: fruit.
12-th day
Breakfast: black coffee, bread (50 gr.).
Dinner: one big vegetable marrow roasted in vegetable oil, apples, black coffee, bread (50 gr.).
Supper: 200 gr. of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.
13-th day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: a hard boiled egg, salad from boiled cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice.
Supper: fried or boiled fish.
14-th day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Dinner: fried or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Supper: a boiled beef (200 gr.), a glass of kefir.
