Japanese diet (Part-3)
According to Japanese, the real Japanese diet should have the following day time menu:
300-400 grams of rice;
150-240 grams of fruits;
Nearby 270 grams of vegetables;
60 grams of beans;
120 grams of fish;
100 grams of milk;
one egg;
2 tea spoons of sugar.
In general, it is possible to tell the following about fast and unbalanced diets: as they are based on incomplete starvation without taking into account necessary needs of an organism, they, as well as in case of with the Japanese diet, provide fast result, however they can put strong harm to an organism if to use them more often than one time in two-three years. “Sitting” on the Japanese diet of more than two weeks is not recommended as the metabolism can be broken. Not speaking that the result of observance of diet can appear short-term if the patient will not subsequently adhere to strictly limited nutritious menu.
Comments of the doctor:
As the variant of a low-calorie diet (less than 1200 kcal/day) is quite “rigid” and, consequently, it is stress for an organism: the metabolism is slowed down and “food failures” are also possible. After the termination of use of the given diet the lost weight is quickly restored. One of minuses of the description of this diet is that the sizes of portions of the basic dishes and quantity of fat, which is used both for preparation of dishes, and for refueling salads, are not clear. Thereof very easily this diet from low-calorie can pass into more expensive by quantity of calories and all burdens and deprivations will be vain. Though, it is necessary to admit, that this diet is more balanced on components (if this definition applicable for diets).
