City kinds of sports (Part-1)
The city space is even more often used as a platform for fitness and sometimes gives rise to its new kinds. Breathwalk or breathwalking that is meaning “respiratory walk” is one of such inventions. Walking and breath - are two most natural trainings for the person. Breathwalk combines usual walking with various kinds of breath and meditation. Such synchronization promotes achievement of balance between a body and spirit that often happens simply necessary in conditions of city vanity. There are various schemes of trainings which differ on techniques of breath, to a rhythm of walking and the purpose of concentration of attention. As a result, you learn to supervise the mood, liberate hidden energy and feel the world around you.
Breathwalk consists of several parts: training starts with the easy respiratory exercises, having for an object to release consciousness from a restless plenty of ideas. Then it is possible to start walking: first from slow steps, being gradually accelerated till comfortable speed for you.
Classical kind of city sports is represented with jogging which in modern fitness clubs has received many names: jogging, running, footing… Jogging can be named the most effective and cheapest kind of sports, for interested persons to grow thin and tighten muscles of legs. It does not require any special equipment and any special skills. During running the cardiovascular system becomes stronger (but it is not recommended to the people, suffering intimate insufficiency), muscles of legs and backs are training and many calories are burnt (200-450 for half an hour depending on speed). Besides regular jogs promote allocation of endorphins, that cheers up and improves the general tone.
