Amazons′ diet (Part 2)
Diet for the first type of women
First day
Breakfast. Mix 100 ml of orange juice with 2 spoons of grapefruit and the same quantity citric juice. Dilute a cocktail of not aerated mineral water of 100 ml and drink it slowly. In 20 minutes eat a sandwich, consisting of from a slice of grain bread with the skim cottage cheese, tomato and basil.
Dinner. Mix 50 grams of low-fat kefir, 2 spoons of finely cut green onions; add 3 spoons of range juice. Add salt, season with red pepper. Cut a cucumber, sweet pepper, a small bulb. Add there 50 grams of the boiled bean. Mix it with sauce. Eat an apple for the dessert.
Supper. Peel a small vegetable marrow and slice it. Chop 80 grams of champignons, onion, and big sweet pepper. Extinguish vegetables of 3 minutes in a teaspoon of an olive oil. Add 250 ml of a vegetable broth and stew for 5 minutes more. Add 2 spoons of mixes from spices. In order to prepare this mix for three days, you will require the bunch of basil, a bunch of parsley, 30 grams of cheese parmesan, 3 pieces of garlic, 3 items, three spoons of lemon juice, 2 spoons of balsam vinegar. Mix it in the blender, lay in tight capacity and store in a refrigerator.
