Amazons′ diet (Part 3)


Diet for the first type of women
The second day.
Breakfast. Prepare a citron cocktail under the recipe of the first day. In 20 minutes - the slice of the grain bread smeared by skim cottage cheese and strewed by crushed sweet pepper.
Dinner. Slice on two cucumbers and a tomato; crumble onion and 30 grams of parmesan cheese, cut by cubes. Fill salad with sauce from 50 grams of low-fat kefir, 2 spoons of the crushed basil, 2 spoons of lemon juice and 3 spoons of orange juice. You are allowed to eat a slice of grain bread with the salad and a small pear for the dessert.
Supper. Cut finely 50 grams of celery, carrot, a bulb and the cucumber cleared of seeds. Lay out into the plate, add a teaspoon of an olive oil and stew for 3 minutes. Add 250 ml of vegetable broth, finish to boiling. Lay out into the plate 80 grams of cut by slices salmon and prepare for 4 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 spoons of mixes from spices.
The third day.
Breakfast. A citron cocktail, in 20 minutes - a sandwich made of grain bread with the skim cottage cheese and slices of a cucumber.
Dinner. Weld and cut one egg, mix it with the crushed garden radish and a bulb. Add 80 grams of the tuna preserved in own juice. Fill with sauce from 50 grams of low-fat kefir, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 3 spoons of orange and the table spoon of the crushed green onions. Do not eat bread.
Supper. Cut some 2 sweet peppers, 50 grams of champignons and a small bulb. As well as the last days, fry them in a teaspoon of an olive oil for 3 minutes, then add 250 ml of a vegetable broth and prepare for 5 minutes more. After that lay out 50 grams of beef, cut by slices into the vegetables, and add a table spoon of tomato paste. Cook up to softness of meat. Season to taste and add 2 spoons of mixes from spices.
