Amazons′ diet (Part 4)


Diet for the second type of women
The first day.

Breakfast. Mix 100 gr. of muesli with nuts and dried fruits with a glass of Soya yoghurt.
Dinner. Mix one cut tomato, 125 gr. of tinned corn and one crushed bulb. Fill it with sauce from the table spoon of a lemon juice, the table spoon orange, pinches of grated cheese and a droplet of mustard. You are allowed to have some bread with the salad and a handful of nuts and dried fruits for the dessert.
Supper. Weld 40 gr. of brown fig. Cut a quarter of an avocado, a tomato and sweet pepper. Fry pepper in the table spoon of an olive oil together with a head of garlic, the small cut bulb and 80 gr. of the beef forcemeat for 4 minutes. Add a quarter of a bunch of a basil and cook for 3 minutes more. Add a tomato and avocado. Mix it with fig.
The second day.
Breakfast: 100 gr. of muesli with fresh fruits, except for bananas and grapes, and a glass of Soya yoghurt or milk.
Dinner. Cut small carrot, 50 gr. of sheet celery and a cucumber. Mix it with a quarter of the kneaded avocado, table spoon of citric and the table spoon of orange juice. Season with mustard and salt. A slice of grain bread and handful of nuts with dried fruits are allowed.
Supper. Cut a small bulb, sweet pepper and a tomato. Fry onions with a segment of garlic in the spoon of an olive oil. Add 80 gr. of the tinned red string bean, 2 spoons of vegetable broth and cook for 5 minutes more. Lay out tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes more. Cut 50 gr. of tofu, fry it separately in an olive oil and add it into the basic dish.
