Yoga: harmony of a body and soul
Daily stress, haste, a wrong feed often leads to depressions and provoke illnesses. Practice of yoga recognizes that the person should find rest and satisfaction in his/her body, soul and heart irrespectively to external factors. It is necessary to start to search for a source of desires and the beginning of all problems through knowledge of your body and soul. Having learned your heart, you will easily find satisfaction in you, without the help of any material benefits.
In translation from a Sanskrit (a primogenitor of all Indian-European languages) “yoga” designates unity and the consent. The unity of a body and soul, and the internal consent is reached by means of physical and respiratory exercises, various methods of relaxation, concentration and meditations. Besides the internal consent and unity of soul and a body of the yoga has many other positive “by-effects”.
If spiritual evolution can’t be completely studied, the improvements of physical condition after employment by yoga are quite visible, here some of them:
• Improvement of feeling of balance;
• Downturn of a blood pressure;
• Increase of flexibility;
• Increase in endurance of muscles;
• Improvement of blood circulation;
• Increase of immunity;
• Strengthening of muscles of a back.
After yoga exercises the dream improves, depressions and headaches pass, memory improves and the self-estimation raises. It is necessary to note, that yoga means also changes in the power supply system. In ideal it is a transition to vegetarianism as in the doctrine of yoga the soul allocates each alive essence on a planet. Firstly it can seem hard, but during internal evolution the need of some desires and habits, apparently, irreplaceable things, disappears, and it concerns not only meat or a fish, but also alcohol, coffee, cigarettes and so forth.
