Anti-cellulites diet
It is not even a diet, but a 10-day’s course of dietetic therapy-cleaning, as the general clearing of an organism also leads to disposal of cellulites.
During these day it is strictly forbidden to eat salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine (including that contains in tea). You should also drink not less than 1,5 l of water.
The author of a diet recommends eating many vegetables and fruits, to supplement food with fruit and vegetable juices. Breaks between receptions of food should make not less than 2 hours; 4 hours will be the optimum period.
During the first day (and all odd days) it is possible to eat only crude fruit and vegetables.
Breakfast - fruits
Dinner - salad from vegetables with a minimum quantity of an olive oil (and without salt) and other sauces. it is possible to add an olive oil (but no more than 1-2 teaspoons) and some lemon juice into the salads. It is possible to add almonds, sunflower seeds of sunflower and a pumpkin, sesame.
Supper – the menu will be the same as for the dinner or all over again fruits, then salad. Dairy products are strictly excluded! It is recommended to add any sprouts - sprouts of soya, a string bean, sprouted wheaten grains into the salads.
The second day - only fruits (except for bananas)
The forth days and all even days, except for the second day, - the menu will be the same, as on odd days, but only a part of vegetables is allowed to be eaten boiled (better on pair) and you may also add few groats (rice, buckwheat cereal, porridge or lentil). It is possible, but it is undesirable to add the skim yoghurt.
Concerning the fruits, so, we insistently recommend you to eat mango, pineapple, kiwi and papaya.
