Be legible at purchase of meal
No doubt, beautiful packages with bright labels look fine. But do not hasten to snatch on semi finished items even if their preparation will save your time. Do not save on your health! Understand once and for ever: semi finished items - are not natural products. They contain the weight of harmful substances and it is not the fact, that the manufacturer has specified all of them on the packing.
That is why try to buy natural products, in which useful properties contain. Buy fresh meat instead of sausages and chicken cutlets, the pair hen - instead of a smoked or salty fish. If you all the same have got something in package, read carefully about the content of the got product. Food that contains too much sugar, salts or fat, will bring harm to your organism.
But you can safely put vegetables, fruits, greens, grouts, nuts, sunflower seeds, eggs, low-fat dairy products into your basket.
Cook food correctly
Try to avoid frying. Fried products contain too much fat, in addition at frying toxic substances for an organism are formed.
Therefore it is better to eat meal in a crude or boiled kind. It can be also baked in microwave oven and on a grill. Avoid such food additives as mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream and so on - it will significantly save your stomach. Mayonnaise and ketchup can be easily replaced with vegetable oil, soya sauce, a lemon juice and so on, in a word - low-calorie seasonings.
