“Berry-raspberry” super-diet
Berry diet can’t bring you excess weight even because berries on 80-90 % consist of water. Besides, the substances, which are the part of berries, promote deducing of slags together with surpluses of water from an organism. Eating wood gifts, it is possible to get rid of 2 kilograms in 3 days without special efforts.
The first day of a berry diet seems pleasure… And the last one is quite difficult. Therefore this diet is classified the category of strict diets. But if to add one more product (dairy) to berries, it is possible to follow such diet even for five days.
The provisional menu for one day:
Breakfast
Dairy-berry cocktail: crush a glass of berries in a mixer, and then add a glass of milk. Drink slowly and with pleasure.
Dinner
Mix a glass of berries with a jar of natural yoghurt (125) in a mixer and add a half of pack of low-fat cottage cheese before the reception of homogeneous mixture. Decorate with a leaflet of mint - and “bon appetite”!
Start next day from the remained half of pack of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 4 table spoons of flour and a glass of berries. You are also allowed to cook magnificent cheesecakes.
Supper
Prepare a berry kefir. Take the same recipe, as for a breakfast, but this time use kefir instead of milk.
