German diet
The German diet is rather popular in Germany. This diet was developed by German experts. The effect is really surprising: it is possible to grow thin for 7 kg info 13 days.
The German diet is quite simple, but it allows feeling easy feeling of famine. If you can suffer from time to time “discontent of a stomach”, this diet is for you.
It is necessary to adhere to a German diet precisely, not changing sequence of dishes. Between receptions of food it is necessary to drink mineral or boiled water.
Monday
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea without sugar, 1 small cracker from rye bread.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 80 gr. of the spinach filled by with a small amount of sunflower oil, 1 tomato.
Supper: 1 cutlet from chicken, 150 gr. of salad from tomatoes and finely cut green onions with oil.
Tuesday
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar, small cracker from rye bread.
Dinner: 200 gr. of salad from tomatoes and cabbage, filled by sunflower oil, 1 orange or 2 tangerine, 1 big apple or a few plums is possible.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs, 200 gr. of boiled meat (veal), and 80 gr. of green salad.
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 200 gr. of boiled carrots filled by a small amount of sunflower oil, and 100 gr. of cheese (up to 50 % of fat content).
Supper: 250 gr. of salad from an apple, a tangerine, a pear or any other fruit (except for bananas).
Thursday
Breakfast: 1 glass of natural apple juice.
Dinner: 250 gr. of boiled fish, 1 tomato, 1 apple.
Supper: 1 cutlet (from chicken meat), 150 gr. of green salad filled by a small amount of sunflower oil or juice of a lemon.
Friday
Breakfast: 1 glass of carrots juice.
Dinner: 200 gr. of roast chicken, 100 gr. of green salad.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs, 1 small grated carrots filled by a small amount of sunflower oil.
Saturday
Breakfast: a cup of unsweet tea, 1 cracker from rye bread.
Dinner: 200 gr. of meat (beef), 150 gr. of salad from cabbage.
Supper: 100 gr. of grated carrots filled by sunflower oil, 150 gr. of cheese (up to 50 % of fat content).
Sunday
Breakfast: 1 cup of unsweet tea, 1 cracker from rye bread.
Dinner: 200 gr. of fried or boiled hen.
Supper: 300 gr. of any fruit (apples, pears, plums, oranges, etc., except for bananas).
From the eighth till the thirteenth day - the diet should be repeated.
