Syndrome of a plateau (Part 1)

First time of training brings the maximal result: you grow thin, muscles become stronger. But then the moment, when the habitual schedule ceases to work, comes. How to cope with this?
Today we are going to answer your most important questions.
1. Fans of sports loadings often talk about a syndrome of a plateau. What is it? Is it dangerous?
- This term usually characterizes physical state, when the organism adapts for loadings through certain time of employment and habitual loadings do not give the necessary effect any more.
During trainings everyone passes three consecutive stages.
The first stage relies in stimulation, a warming up of abilities of an organism. There is as though an adaptation of all bodies to the appeared loading.
At the second stage of trainings the opportunities of an organism sharply raise and reach the maximal level.
And at the third stage all system becomes so trained, that habitual loadings becomes already insufficiently for progress. There is a decrease in parameters of development and a so-called syndrome of a plateau occurs.
2. When does this adaptation occur?
It is very individually. It depends on many factors: a metabolism, constitutions, an emotional spirit, physical endurance and loadings.
As a matter of fact, adaptation to loadings - is very useful reaction and ability of an organism. At someone it comes more quickly, at someone - through longer time. And it can not come at all. This happens, if your program is specific and the result is quickly achievable. You will not just have time for adaptation.
But if to speak about the average data, this term usually makes 3 months.
