- It is obvious, that the increased loading will require additional forces and the organism should receive them. But it is necessary to adhere to simple rule: it is necessary to spend more calories, than you receive with food. This parity should be kept even at increase in loading.
In this situation it would be absolutely silly to change something only in a feed and to not change loading. Many girls at approach of a stage of a plateau train as before it, but they start to starve them. It can also harmfully lead to bad consequences for an organism.
