Water-melon diet


The end of the summer and the beginning of autumn - is time, rich in products, different vitamins, micro cells and useful substances. Owing to this period of time, our organism is sated with energy for all year. A variety of vegetables and fruits allows choosing any diets. Water-melon diet is one of such diets.
The water-melon is useful at illnesses of a liver, a gout, super tension, adiposity. It is necessary to eat 400-500 grams of a water-melon 5 times a day.
It is interesting to know that the energy of 100 grams of water-melon contains - 28 calories, 0.5 gr. of fibers, 0.2 gr. of fats, and 6.0 gr. of carbohydrates.
The water-melon diet concerns to monodiets, therefore, it can be followed no more than for five days and any other prolongation of this tern is categorically forbidden. As it is impossible to use a similar feed if you have stones in kidneys, diseases of a pancreas, diabetes. At the slightest deterioration of health, it is necessary to stop the diet and to appeal for the doctor.
Within the day it is necessary to eat a water-melon at the rate of 1 kg of pulp on 10 kg of weight. It is necessary to break this quantity into six-eight receptions.
If you do not test any negative sensations during the second day (such as swellings of a stomach, meteorism etc.), it is possible to continue a diet for five days. After that you will easily loose 2-3 kilograms.
After the diet, it is possible to eat behind such scheme (for 10 days):
Breakfast: unsweet porridge, 50 grams of cheese.
Dinner:2 00 grams of boiled fish, meat or a bird, salad from vegetables without sunflower oil.
Supper: a water-melon.
Presumably, for fifteen days of such way of such feed it is possible to get rid of 8 kilograms. Besides slags, undesirable salts and superfluous water are deduced from an organism.
