Summer and cucumbers…


Diet № 1 or “short” diet
1,5 kg of fresh cucumbers (15-20 pieces) should be divided into five portions.  It is also allowed to eat 50 gr. of boiled meat (or one boiled egg) and to drink a glass of unsweet tea (or dogrose broth) for the supper.
Owing to low caloric content of the cucumbers it is possible to eat them more often in days of limited intake of food.
Diet № 2
Prepare salad from cucumbers. Caloric content of cucumbers is 15 kcal./100gr., i.e.150 kcal. in one kilogram. Add low-calorie mayonnaise (250-280 kcal): 30 gr. of mayonnaise will make about 90 kcal. Cucumbers + mayonnaise will make 240 kcal. Do not add salt as mayonnaise already contains it. It is possible to replace mayonnaise with sour cream: choose low-fat sour cream, with caloric content of 220 kcal. It is possible to add some salt slightly, but it is better to manage pepper instead of salt.
All this - a cucumber + mayonnaise - may be divided into three receptions: 1-st one - at 12-14 p.m., 2-nd one - at 16-a7 p.m. and 3-rd one - at 19-20 p.m.
In the evening it is also possible to eat a big apple or 2 oranges, a pear or a banana, or a mix from fruits.
