Food psychosis (Part 3)
Since 1850 in the USA many programs on eutrophy were held. In the country with high culture of a feed the reason should supervise a body. And today we see results of such approach: despite of set of the companies on growing thin, on universal posting of bills about utility of the skim products, adiposity develops with high rates. The more we give information to people, the less they are guided.
In Great Britain dietitians refuse to treat fat people, who refuse to adhere to a diet. Americans think of decrease in taxes for those, who started visiting sports-clubs. Norwegians have already entered a special label on a label of products which signals whether this product is useful or not.
Problem is not hidden in what we eat, but how much we eat. Here is an example of excellent marketing course: the more harmfully the product is, the more you would like to try it. 5-year-old American children do not care that there are unhealthy products … We can almost recognize it as a food criminals.
So, what is it possible to advise the people, caring their health? When we wish to sleep, we try to sleep. To satisfy the famine is the same. It is necessary to stop, calm down, and find the partner for a dinner and to choose those products, which will not harm you. Eat, when you are hungry, stop, when you are sated. Cease to think ahead, be adjusted on own sensations.
