General principles of belly and waist muscles training
The program “flat belly and sexy waist” is based on four main principles.
The first principle: purposeful training of a separate part of еру body;
The second principle: rest - restoration.
The third principle: physical activity.
The fourth principle: concentration of attention.
Now, let’s consider each of these principles in details:
Professional bodybuilders always base their training process on the first principle, which means the break into some stages in order to study effectively and to develop each part of the body separately.
For example, one day - you train muscles of legs, another day - muscles of the back and the top humeral belt and so on.
In the result of such periodicity each part of the body is exposed to purposeful and intensive training. Here the most important moment is that each part of your body has enough time for restoration after intensive training.
At the same time the majority of people train simultaneously all muscles o the press in one training day.
Such approach requires a plenty of time and makes trainings too monotonous.
Therefore, intensity of training process gradually decreases, the sensation of progress disappears, and in the result of all these factors, many people refuse from trainings.
The given program divides process of training of muscles of a stomach and a waist into three stages, allowing thus to avoid all difficulties and excludes the risk of refusal of trainings and allows to train with greater intensity.
