Wine diet

Almost each modern diet means full refusal from the alcohol. It would seem what a trifle! And in fact it becomes a stumbling-block for many people. In this case you have a serious choice: either to drink and get fat, or to grow thin, but to not drink. However, it is necessary to recollect the Frenchmen, who with pleasure drink wine and champagne in the evenings and remain one of the most harmonious nations.
Dieticians have not developed unequivocal opinion on the account of the use of alcohol. Certainly, alcohol is high-calorie. Especially if it is a question of liquors (about 336 calories per 100 gram), vodka (about 200 calories per 100 gram) or the sweet aerated cocktails (about 250 calories per 100 gram). But the basic danger is represented not so much with caloric content of alcohol; put its influence on appetite. More often, the glass of drink (drunk especially on an empty stomach) causes false famine. Because of this you are compelled to eat more, than gathered prior to the beginning of the holiday. And the weight grows not so much because of quantity drunk for an evening, but because of quantity eaten food.
On the other hand, if you have a good will power, you will quite presume a little of favorite drink. Alcoholic calories burn down more quickly, than usual calories. Besides there are also drinks, which are not so dangerous from the point of view of quantity of calories. For example, beer contains about 30-40 calories that is less, than some fruit juices contain. And dry wine contains also useful enzymes. They “heat” lipids and help to digest fat food.
