American diet I
there is one rule In the presented diet - except for a usual set of dietary drinks, you can drink two wine-glasses of aperitif or a glass of dry wine every. You may drink as much water as you want.
The American dieticians offer you to make your own everyday menu, choosing variants of the presented list (the daily norm makes 1300 kcal). Such diet is to be adhered for two months.
1st breakfast:
• Toasts with vegetables and the meat fillet, two teaspoons of jam or the honey, one tangerine;
• 25 gr. of any sweetened flakes, dissolved by milk, a small banana;
• Glass of the yoghurt, one apple, the slice of a toast smeared by margarine;
• One boiled egg or two pieces of crisp bread, smeared by margarine, a glass of orange juice.
2nd breakfast:
• Cup of instant cocoa, a glass of dietary yoghurt;
• One apple, one piece of crisp bread, two table spoons of house cheese;
• Plate of a meatless soup with grated cheese (12 gr.).
Dinner:
• 175 gr. of boiled potato, 125 gr. of boiled string bean, the vegetable salad, one tangerine;
• Sandwich from two slices of bread with bran with one of the following stuffing: 50 gr. of low-fat ham or the hen, 90 gr. of tuna in own juice with a lemon juice, 100 gr. of cheese;
• 200 gr. of cold fried chicken, a greater portion of salad from the green vegetables, one apple or an orange.
Mid-morning snack:
• Portion of the jelly, prepared without addition of sugar, one dry biscuit;
• One big banana;
• One small roll with salad with the hen and cheese;
• One chocolate bar with wafer crumb.
Supper:
• 150 gr. of the white fish, baked in a foil with addition of a lemon juice, tomatoes, an onions, green pepper; vegetable salad, 175 gr. of boiled potato;
• Two well-done on a grill the low-fat sausages, the baked tomatoes, one table spoon of the boiled string bean, one apple;
• The big piece of a melon, 125 gr. of boiled low-fat beef, a greater portion of the mixed salad;
• 125 gr. of spaghetti with a tomato sauce, a toast from bread with the bran, baked tomatoes;
• 75 gr. of low-fat meat, vegetable salad, 75 gr. of chips or boiled potato.
Late at night:
• Plate of a meatless soup with two pieces of crisp bread smeared by margarine;
• Cup of instant cocoa and small fruitcake;
• One apple and toast;
• Wine-glass of the cognac, one pear.
