Dutch diet (Part 2)
Thursday
Breakfast: 2 sandwiches with cheese, 2 cups of tea.
11 a.m.: 2 cups of the coffee, one biscuit, and one fruit.
Dinner: 2 sandwiches with a ham, a cucumber, a tomato, a glass of semi boldface milk.
16 p.m.: 2 cups of green tea, a cup of a broth.
Supper: the French cutlet (mutton with garlic, red wine, pepper, an olive oil) with cabbage or mashed potatoes.
Dessert: 100 gr. of yoghurt, 2 cups of the coffee, one fruit, lemonade (the juice of a lemon diluted by water).
Friday
Breakfast: 100 gr. of cottage cheese, 2 cups of tea.
11 a.m.: 2 cups of coffee, a small slice of the fruitcake, one fruit.
Dinner: 2 sandwiches, strawberry fruit candy, a glass of milk.
16 p.m.: 2 cups of tea, a cup of a broth.
Supper: 600 gr. of fishes of a cod - 2 table spoons of a lemon juice, salt, an onions, garlic, 4 tomatoes, black olives, greens of a parsley and other seasonings (to prepare for 20 minutes at 190 degrees) - with salad and macaroni.
Dessert: 100 gr. of yoghurt, 2 cups of coffee, the lemonade, one fruit.
Saturday
Breakfast: a sandwich with sausage and a processed cheese, 2 slices of roast beef, 2 cups of tea.
11 a.m.: 2 cups of coffee, a biscuit, one fruit.
Dinner: 3 “Tatar” sandwiches (100 gr. of cheese, an onions, an egg, a salty tomato to put on bread), a glass of semi boldface milk.
16 p.m.: 2 cups of tea, a cup of a broth.
Supper: a plate of vegetable soup, a sandwich (30 gr. of beef, a bulb, 3 tomatoes, the table spoon of tomato mashed potatoes, a nutmeg, 4 slices of cheese - to prepare for 10 minutes in an oven), a glass of semi boldface milk.
Dessert: 100 gr. of yoghurt with the cut apple and cinnamon, 2 cups of coffee, a glass of dry wine, 2 pieces of sausage with cheese.
Sunday
Breakfast: the sandwich roasted in a roaster with fried eggs and a tomato, a glass of orange juice, 2 cups of tea.
11 a.m.: 2 cups of the coffee, one fruit.
Dinner: 2 sandwiches with sausage (ham) and an asparagus, sauce from yoghurt and ketchup from above, a glass of a drink from a lemon.
16 p.m.: 2 cups of tea, a cup of a broth.
Supper: 100 gr. of pork, 30 gr. of cheese, a glass of red wine.
Dessert: 200 gr. of chocolate pudding, 2 cups of the coffee, one fruit, a cup of tea.
