How to struggle against constant feeling of famine


1. Chronic lack of sleep.
Regular reduction of hours of a dream influences development of a hormone leptin in the organism. This hormone is developed in a fatty fabric and serves for the control of appetite. Lack of this hormone causes insuperable bent for sweet and fatty food. So, if you sleep less than 5 hours per night, you can easily get 700 superfluous grams within the year.
