4. Poor carbohydrates diet.
Wishing to loose weight quickly, you strongly reduce consumption of food, containing carbohydrates. And you also make a greater mistake. Such rigid restriction leads to a boomerang effect. The matter is that in a brain the substance which too participates in the control of appetite is developed. Reduction of quantity of carbohydrates in food conducts to reduction of development of this substance, and appetite becomes simply wolf. But do not hasten to eat rolls and cakes. Try to diversify your diet with vegetables, fruits and cereals. It will be quite enough.
5.  A psychological state.
We have got used “to eat” stressful situations. The matter is that during stresses the hormonal background of an organism, which leads to increase of appetite, changes. But be careful, if your life is serene, as a sea smooth surface during calm. For many women of genital age the piece of a quiet life is perceived by an organism as favorable time for conception of the child. The hormonal background is changed and process of accumulation of nutrients for the future kid starts. The desire to eat the food, rich not only with carbohydrates, but also with fats, as it is most easily postponed for emergency in the form of fat, increases.
So, what are the emergency steps?
1. Consume more fruits and vegetables.
2. Drink more water.
Water - is the easiest and low-calorie way to sate the organism. Besides water satisfies thirst, that will relieve you of desire to have a tea with cake once again and also from consumption of the sweet aerated drinks.
3. Pay attention to your utensils.
Color and the size of plates have huge value. Bright red or yellow colors stimulate appetite, and you will put more food into greater plate, accordingly there is a desire to eat everything you see before eyes.
4. Eat slowly.
Always find right time for eating. Chew carefully, then your stomach will have enough time to signal a brain about saturation of an organism.
5. Do not eat in front of the TV-set.
Conditioned reflexes are developed very quickly and if you have breakfast, have dinner and have supper before the TV-set; your organism will very quickly connect watching TV with consumption of food.
