But Charlize Theron has not only a body and the face, it she has also doubtless actor’s gift, strong character and uneasy destiny. The actress says that when she was absolutely very young she hesitated to look sexual and she almost did not use cosmetics, did not put on short skirts. And now she pays attention to her style, figure, skin and hair. The offered diet is daily menu of the actress.
Breakfast: two slices of bread with bran, a lettuce, a tomato, 50 gr. of tuna.
Dinner: one toast, one fish cutlet with the table spoon of a tomato sauce, salad from the green vegetables, filled by a lemon juice, fresh fruits - an apple, an orange, a pear, two plums or a small banana.
Supper: 250 gr. of hen prepared on a grill, green string bean, baked tomatoes, 50 gr. of mushrooms boiled in a small amount of a chicken broth, salad from green vegetables, filled by a lemon juice, a glass of yoghurt or 75 gr. of low-fat fried meat with sauce, 125 gr. of potato in jackets, salad from cabbage celery and fresh fruits.
Alcohol: a glass of dry wine or a double adhesive tape.
