Summer diet


Why do we offer you summer diet? The matter is that it is better for applying in the summer as during this season on counters of shops and the markets it is possible to see the greatest quantity of fruits and vegetables. The diet is calculated on 4 days. This diet will allow you to get rid of 3-4 kg, not refusing from your favorite food.
1st day: it is possible to eat only fruits and to drink natural fresh fruit juices (apple, orange, etc.).
2nd day: prefer grassy teas (chamomile, crimson, blackberry, etc.)
3-rd day: you are allowed to eat vegetables, both crude and stewed (only extinguish them not in oil, and in own juice).
4-th day: eat a vegetable broth from different kinds of cabbage (color, broccoli, kohlrabi) with addition of pepper, an onions, parsley, and garlic. The amount of food is not limited.
You will dump some kilograms, and this diet will also deduce harmful substances and toxins from the organism. So it can be named also clearing diet.
