How to calculate the ideal weight
Not many women have ideal figure. Usually, ideal figure is the result of diets, massage and physical trainings. So, first of all, you should remember that much can be corrected. Secondly, may be it is not necessary to correct much.
For example, anthropologists allocate three basic types of the constitution (let alone numerous transitive and intermediate variants). These three types refer to: normosthenic, hypersthenic and asthenic.
The person, possessing the hypersthenic constitution, is more often not tall with rather short hands and legs and a wide thorax. Asthenic has a high growth, this type of people are long-legged, with a narrow thorax. Normosthenic means “normal”: growth is average and all other parts of the body are also average.
And how to define what weight is superfluous? For this purpose there are various formulas.
• The easiest one (and the most approximate): growth (in centimeters) minus 110. The received number (in kilograms) will show your ideal weight. However it does not mean, that “all rest” - is superfluous. It depends on your constitution.
• Index of weight of a body. The growth (in meters) square. For example, if your growth of 170 cm. will make: 1,7х1,7=2,89. For example your weigh is 65 kg - divide it into this found number: 65:2,89=22,5. It is a very good result as the normal index of weight of a body varies in the interval between 19 and 26. Numbers from 26 up to 30 speak about some excess weight, numbers from above 30 specify adiposity and then you should grow thin already under cleanly medical indications. Numbers below 19 speaks about insufficient weight, and so insufficient, that it conceals in itself threat for health.
