All about whole-grain products (Part 1)
In aspiration to grow thin many people first of all refuse from carbohydrates, including porridges and bread as it is considered, that the use of grain products can interfere with growing thin. Actually, only consumption of the cleared grains that is in what there was practically one starch can lead to the excess weight. Scientists prove that porridges from whole grains - is one of the most useful ways of growing thin.
What is the whole grain?
Whole grain contains all parts of the grains familiar to us under the textbook of biology: coating (bran), endosperm and a germ. These parts of grain are rich in vitamins, minerals (such as calcium, kalium, sodium, magnesium, copper, zinc, phosphorus). Grain has also valuable phytonutritients - the vegetative substances, rendering biological influence and bearing advantage for the organism. Vegetative lignin, a phytin acid, antioxidants and other connections are among these protective elements.
The processed grains from which the white flour and a white bread are made, do not have coating and germ, that essentially reduces quantity of 17 useful substances (such as vitamins of group B and magnesium), and practically completely relieves from antioxidants and phytoncids. Bran is rich with vitamins, antioxidants and healthy fats. Usually these components are removed during clearing of grain and have only poor on nutritious properties, but dense substance on energy endosperm. The crude rice, pop corn, porridge, barley, wheat can be the example of foodstuff.
