Business diet


Loss in weight should make 4-6 kg in a week. The diet is calculated on 7 days.

Breakfasts (choose one of offered variants):
30 grams of corn flakes with milk;
• One toast from bread with the bran, baked tomatoes, one table spoon of house cheese;
• Banana sandwich: two slices of bread from rough grinding flour, 2 pieces of one banana, a teaspoon of honey, one table spoon of natural yoghurt or soft cheese;
• Toast from bread with the bran, smeared by the margarine, one boiled egg, orange juice.
(250 calories)

Dinners (choose one of offered variants):
• Greater portion of salad, apple or orange, sandwich with one of the following components: 50 grams of cold hen, one cucumber; 25 grams of grated edam cheese, one table spoon of low-calorie mayonnaise; 75 grams of the house cheese, finely cut green onions and a cucumber;
• 200 grams of boiled potato, a greater portion of mixed salad, a glass of dietary yoghurt, 125 grams of boiled string bean and 25 grams of grated Edam cheese.

Suppers (choose one of offered variants):
• Any ready low-calorie dish, greater portion of mixed salad from a unlimited set;
• 150 grams of hens or turkeys, 75 grams of fried potato or 125, vegetables;
• 75 grams of spaghetti with sauce from the tinned tomatoes and 75 grams of shrimps or from 100 grams of boiled hen, mixed with a small amount of chicken soup, or from 75 grams of low-fat ham mixed with a glass of yoghurt and seasonings; vegetable or fruit salad.

Desserts (choose one of variants):
• Two glasses of dry wine, slices of a peach;
• Nectarine with soft fruit cheese and two greater dry biscuits.
