Magnesian diet
The diet is based on the products rich with magnesium. Table salt is excluded and the quantity of a free liquid is limited. The diet is to be taken in the form of three consecutive diets for 3-4 days each one and in each of these consecutive diets contains 0,8-1,2 grams of magnesium.
1st-4th days
1-st breakfast: a porridge buckwheat with fried wheaten or rye bran - 150 gr., tea with a lemon.
2-nd breakfast: carrots with 5 grams of vegetable oil.
Dinner: a soup with broth from bran - 250 grams, porridge millet with dried apricots - 150 grams, broth of a dog rose - 100 grams
Mid-morning snack: juice apricot - 100 grams
Supper: a soufflé cottage cheese - 150 grams, tea with a lemon.
For the night: broth of a dog rose - 100 grams
4-8 days
1-st breakfast: porridge - 250 grams, tea with a lemon.
2-nd breakfast: 50 grams of the soaked prunes.
Dinner: cabbage soup with mucous broth from bran - 250 grams, meat boiled with a stewed beet on vegetable oil - 50/160/10 grams, an apple - 100 grams
Mid-morning snack: salad from carrots with apples - 100 grams, broth of a dog rose - 100 grams
Supper: porridge with cottage cheese - 250 grams, tea.
For the night: juice carrots - 100 grams
For all day: bread with bran - 125 grams
9-12 days
1-st breakfast: carrots grated - 150 grams, millet dairy porridge - 250 grams, tea with a lemon.
2-nd breakfast: dried apricots - 100 grams, broth from wheaten bran - 100 grams
Dinner: oak soup with vegetables and mucous broth from bran - 250 grams, boiled hen - 85 grams, cabbage cutlets - 200 grams, dog rose broth - 200 grams
Mid-morning snack: apples - 100 grams
Supper: cottage cheese soufflé - 150 grams, vegetable cutlets - 200 grams, tea.
For the night: tomato juice - 100 grams
For all day: bread with bran - 250 grams, sugar - 30 grams
