Polish diet (Part 1)
Polish diet includes many vegetables and fruits, and the main thing is that it is not accompanied by occurrence of sensation of constant famine. .
During the day it is allowed to use no more than three-four glasses of a liquid (in view of the first dishes, compote, coffee, tea).
The menu A and B should be alternated in a day during the month loss of weight becomes maximal.
The first week
Menu A
Breakfast: a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey, a hard roll.
2-nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 slices of black bread with a thin layer of butter, salad or other greens.
Dinner: vegetable soup, a piece of a fast beef (100), 2-3 potatoes, fruit salad with sugar and a lemon juice.
Mid-morning snack: 2 tomatoes or a glass of tomato juice.
Supper: a glass of the skim kefir, 2 pieces of black bread with a thin layer of butter.
Menu B
Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, a piece of the black bread with parsley.
2-nd breakfast: a glass of kefir, the hard bread, slightly salted radish.
Dinner: a broth, a boiled fish (100), 2-3 potatoes, parsley, green salad.
Mid-morning snack: fruit or fruit juice (1 glass), a biscuit or cookies.
Supper: a glass of milk, 2 slices of bread with honey.
