The second week
Menu A
Breakfast: a glass of fruit or vegetable juice, one cracker.
2nd breakfast: a piece of bread, 20 grams of oil and 40 grams of brynza (cheese), a glass of tea without sugar.
Dinner: lenten soup, a cutlet from meat, salad from carrots, juice.
Mid-morning snack: fruits, cookies.
Supper: a glass of kefir, hard bread with jam.
Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of tea with milk, a piece of bread with honey.
2nd breakfast: 2 pieces of bread with meat (100 grams), 2 tomatoes, a glass of tea without sugar.
Dinner: soup, boiled fish (100 grams), 2 boiled potatoes, green salad.
Mid-morning snack: kefir, biscuit.
Supper: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 slices of low-fat cheese, garden radish.
The third week
Menu A
Breakfast: a cup of coffee, bread with honey.
2nd breakfast: kefir, a piece of a black bread and butter, boiled egg, garden radish.
Dinner: mushroom soup, a cutlet, vegetable salad, a glass of juice.
Mid-morning snack: fruit, a biscuit.
Supper: a glass of milk, a hard roll, cottage cheese (100 grams).
Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of milk with honey, a biscuit.
2nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 pieces of bread with fast sausage (50 grams), 2 tomatoes.
Dinner: a broth, stewed mushrooms or vegetables, 2 baked apples.
Mid-morning snack: fruit, a biscuit.
Supper: a glass of tea without sugar, a piece of bread with a fish (100 grams), an apple.
The fourth week
Menu A
Breakfast: a cup of tea with honey.
2nd breakfast: 2 pieces of bread and butter and low-fat cheese (50 grams), 2 apples.
Dinner: a broth, hen (200 grams) with vegetables, 2 spoons of a mashed potatoes, green salad, juice.
Mid-morning snack: carrots juice, a biscuit.
Supper: a glass of the skim kefir, cookies.
Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of milk, rye bread and butter.
2nd breakfast: boiled egg, bread, butter (20 grams), tea, an apple.
Dinner: a cup of a low-fat broth, a string bean with a tomato, two boiled potatoes with parsley, an apple.
Mid-morning snack: kefir, a biscuit.
Supper: garden radish, 2 sandwiches with paste.
