Exercises for legs (Part 1)
Legs
There are supervisions that it is possible to tell much about the character of woman, judging upon the length and the form of her legs. Long-legged women are often romantic natures, too sensitive and loving to dream; women with short legs firmly stand on the ground, though their mood is quite changeable: they may look happy and in a minute they may see everything in black paints.
Long-legged cannot often cope with daily problems, and short-legged solve them easily. However, long-legged women always adhere to their own firm principles, short-legged women are realists, without superfluous experiences they can easily change the sights, looking for a new way out. It has been also noticed, that shy people go socks inside (with talipes). And when the woman is happy in love, her gait becomes easy and beautiful.
And how should beautiful legs look? Here are some attributes of beauty of the legs, noticed by Czech experts (probably, simply judges of female beauty):
  • the grasp under the leg under the knee should be same (or about same), as a grasp of leg in the field of an ankle joint;
  • there must be no any roughness peaks on each side the knee;
  • there should be a deepening on the back surface of the knee ;
  • calf muscles should be developed, but moderately;
  • achilles’ tendon should be thin and have deepening from both parties;
  • the heel should have round outlines;
  • the ideal hip (under the form) should remind a spindle;
  • at last, ideal legs (if to stand up, having put them together) will adjoin in the certain places, forming four “windows”: the first - between heels and anklebones; the second - above anklebones; the third - under the knees; the fourth - above knees at the level of the bottom part of a hip. Last “window” should be the narrowest one.
