Exercises for legs (Part 2)


Now it is a high time for you to pass to the practical part and to make your legs look ideally.
1. Put hands on a back of a chair and squat, slowly bending legs in knees, rising on toes. It is necessary to accelerate the amplitude gradually and to do knee-bends deeper. It is a very effective exercise for strengthening muscles of legs and improvements of blood circulation in them.
2. Stand up, having put hands on a hip or holding a back of the chair. Put one leg on the toe as high as possible. Now lower it on all to stop, and put another leg on toe. All your movements should be rhythmical and “springing”.
3. Laying on a back, swing simultaneously hands and legs the same as a bug, turned on a back, does. This exercise improves blood circulation and warms up the organism.
4. Laying on a back, press the straightened legs densely one to another within 5 seconds; then weaken the muscles. After that, press and relax legs to the floor within 5-6 seconds.
5. Turn over on the belly and lift alternately a shin of each leg vigorously, trying to touch buttock with the heel.
