Russian diet (Part 2)


Friday
1st breakfast: 3 table spoons of cottage cheese, a cup of black coffee without sugar.
2nd breakfast: 2 apples, 2 oranges, a glass of orange juice.
Dinner: a dietary sausage, 150 grams of fresh cabbage with lemon juice, a glass of orange juice.
Supper: 150 grams low-fat fried fish, 100 grams of red currant, 100 grams of gooseberry, a cup of mineral water.
Saturday
1st breakfast: 100 grams of boiled meat, 100 grams of sauerkraut.
2nd breakfast: 100 grams of the skim cottage cheese.
Dinner: a plate of vegetable soup on a mushroom broth, a small slice of black bread.
Supper: a slice of fast pork, 100 grams of grated boiled beet with prunes, a cup of tea without sugar.
Sunday
1st breakfast: 100 grams of buckwheat cereal with the table spoon of honey.
2nd breakfast: 150 grams of salad from any fruit.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled fish, 150 grams of salad from any crude vegetables, filled by vegetable oil.
Supper: 100 grams of boiled meat, 2 boiled potatoes, an apple, a glass of apple juice.
Russian diet should be observed not less than for two months. It is not recommended to use sharp seasonings, pepper, mustard and a plenty of mayonnaise in food. However, you should remember that any diet cannot lead to desirable result without physical activity.
Russian diet, as well as other national diets, excludes from the menu sweets, ice-cream, chocolate, sweet confectionery products, and also smoked and salty dishes, except for sauerkraut, improving digestion. Use of alcoholic drinks is not also recommended.
