Clearing diet (Part 1)
This diet will help your organism to have a rest. It is especially useful after long celebratory feasts and in general it is useful to any organism. If you feel tired and overloaded - arrange such clearing diet directly in following days off.
Before beginning, buy your favorite vegetables, fruits and mineral water. Buy useful carrots - any vegetable - juice (for this purpose the juice extractor very would help - simply necessary adaptation for a healthy way of life) and don’t forget about herbal teas(mint and chamomile) and buy in a drugstore greater packing of vitamin C in tablets.
As any short diet, this clearing diet also has its rules:
- Do not plan anything demanding greater efforts.
- Drink about liter of the mineral or filtered water a day.
- If you are not sure, as well as in case of any other diet, consult with the doctor.
The first day
BREAKFAST:
Start day with juicy fruit salad. Choose citrus - a grapefruit, an orange or a tangerine, plus slices of pineapple, apple and grapes. (250-300 grams)
What to drink: Replace ordinary tea and coffee with grassy tea or mineral water. If you cannot imagine morning without hot tea - make tea with a lemon, but no milk!
THE SECOND BREAKFAST:
Take a half of small melon, clean sunflower seeds and fill fruit salad with it - again choose citrus and something especial like kiwi, fresh figs and grapes.
What to drink: herbal teas and a lot of mineral water.
DINNER:
The same as during the second breakfast but diversify fruit salad in order to make it more attractive.

BEFORE going to sleep:
Many of you will find that it will be quite difficult to fall asleep after such fruit day as you feel how your digestive system works. If it disturbs you, you may eat one banana and drink a cup of calming chamomile tea - it will help you to relax.
During the day:
Drink mineral water or herbal tea to wash out and clear an organism of slags. For example, if on holidays you drank a lot of alcohol; it is useful to take vitamin C. Take several tablets in the morning and then 4 tablets within the day. Everything, that is not necessary, will quickly be deduced from the organism.
