Clearing diet (Part 2)
Second day
BREAKFAST:
Fill a glass with carrots juice or another vegetable juice, season with salt and black pepper, and prevent a stick of celery - which then can be eaten! Bake on grill 4 greater tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and your favorite herbs - basil, parsley, mints etc.
What to drink: herbal tea
THE SECOND BREAKFAST:
Prepare a greater portion of salad from your favorite vegetables. start with crackling green salad, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, garden radish, green onions, celery, green string bean, red or yellow pepper for aroma and colors. You may season it with salt, black pepper, lemon juice or aromatic vinegar.
What to drink: herbal teas and mineral water.
DINNER:
Slightly boil some broccolis, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach or cabbage, season only with salt and pepper. If you want a bright taste, you may strew cheese parmesan.
What to drink: herbal teas and a lot of mineral water or vegetable juice, as for the breakfast.
IN THE AFTERNOON:
Take one tablet of vitamin C for a breakfast and drink so much herbal tea and mineral water as you want.
