What should you do:
Any fitness-program includes a fast aerobic part. It has the most intensive character in aerobics, shaping, body sculpt and step-n-sculpt. They are too difficult for the person, who for the first time has got into gym or has returned to it after the big break. In this case it is better to start with yoga. It will give you strong loading and will simultaneously learn to breathe correctly. It is a good preparation for more active and rhythmical versions of fitness.
Problem 4:
Playing sports is boring and uninteresting.

What should you do:
Such problem arises at vigorous, temperamental people, who have chosen employment where it is necessary to concentrate on internal sensations and breathe. Similar exercises create visibility of inactivity, and active people hate this. They need rhythmical music, loud commands of the instructor and high rate of exercises. This will allow the person to understand that time, spent in gym, and has not been wasted.
Problem 4:
The broken feeling of a rhythm and bad ability to recurrence of instructor’s movements
Our answer:
Fitness has a group character: the instructor shows exercises and others repeat them.
Constantly getting off from a rhythm, you do not receive any pleasure from the fitness.
What should you do:
Aerobics and fitness require greatest synchronism. Try less intensive programs - for example, gymnastics or yoga. They also provide complex movements.
