“Rural” products are more useful than “city” products
Fat cottage cheese, fresh milk, a self-made butter - all these are the symbols of a healthy feed for citizens. However, sharp change of balance of nutrients creates additional loading on a stomach, an intestines and endocrine system. Therefore “rural” products need to be entered into a diet gradually. Concerning fresh milk, it is necessary to say that it contains a lot of fats which are harmful to elderly people as they increase probability of development of articulate diseases. This milk is Also harmful to people, suffering from full or partial intolerance of dairy fiber.
