Also do not stuff your stomach violently with food, if you do not want to eat. Eat, when you are really hungry.
The best way to grow thin is to get on a a diet
It is far not the best and safe method of growing thin. There is no such diet, which would give you 100 % guarantee of growing thin. And, as a rule, the weight, lost during the diet, comes back again after it, and even in some times more. Consequences of diets can be rather sad: various diseases of bodies of digestion, kidneys, a problem with heart, plus psychological problems.
It is necessary to eat everything that you have put on the plate
Never do this. If you have gorged on, there is no need to overeat, cleaning a plate to please the stereotypes. The organism will not understand your ethical reasons or than that is worse, adherence to principles in occasion of delicious dishes.
